At YarnNest, we are committed to providing high-quality digital crochet patterns and excellent customer support. Because our products are delivered instantly in digital format, our return and exchange rules are different from those of physical stores. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products – No Returns or Exchanges

All crochet patterns sold on YarnNest are digital files (PDF, PNG, SVG, etc.) delivered immediately after purchase.

Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

You cannot request a refund, return, or exchange for any of the following:

Digital crochet patterns

Downloadable files

Instant downloads

Any item delivered electronically

Once the files are downloaded or sent, refunds are not possible.


2. Exceptions – When a Refund MAY Be Granted

We may offer a refund only in the following rare cases:

If you do not receive your files, or the file is corrupted/unusable.

βœ” Duplicate Purchase

If the same item was accidentally purchased more than once.

βœ” Incorrect File Sent

If you receive the wrong pattern by mistake.

3. Physical Items (If You Sell Crochet Items) β€” Returns

If your store also sells physical crochet items, you can add this section:

For physical items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be:

Unused

Unwashed

In their original condition

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.


4. Processing Times

For approved refund cases:

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days

The refund will be sent to the original payment method

Shipping fees for physical products (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is on our side
